Yes! Ace of Spades strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible. The main entrance is accessible. An additional queuing lane is available for your convenience, please follow ADA Entrance signage at the front of the venue, or check in with any member of staff for assistance. All our restrooms include at least one accessible stall. The venue is General Admission. To inquire about accessible seating areas, please email AceADA@livenation.com. Our accessible seating area can reach capacity early, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible.

All events are all ages unless otherwise noted. All attendees are required to purchase a full price ticket regardless of age. Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Please note there are NO refunds or exchanges unless an event is cancelled or postponed. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the building. PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to conduct security searches prior to entry and the right to refuse admission. Our security procedures may include the use of metal detection devices, pat downs, and bag searches. We utilize these safety measures during all of our events to make sure that all patrons, artists, and staff are safe and secure in our venue. We may also have Sacramento Police Department officers on site during our events to add even more security for our guests.

Children ages 3 and under do not need a ticket. Some events may have age restrictions in place so please check our website or call the venue directly for specific show information.
