The easiest access for those with disabilities to enter the theatre is via the Dress Circle entrance on Greek Street. The venue can accommodate two regular sized wheelchairs plus an escort in a box in the Dress Circle, for those who cannot transfer from their wheelchairs. If a customer can transfer to a seat, there is a total of four seats that can be accessed. All disabled patrons must be accompanied by an escort. Accessible toilets are located in the foyer of the theatre. Refer to box office on 0844 482 5137 .

Due to some strong language, this show is considered unsuitable for children under 12. No babes in arms. Young children are admitted but not encouraged unless the parent is confident that the child is old enough to be attentive to the performance and not a distraction for other members of the audience. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy infants.
